We need you and your member groups to contact your elected representatives and Foreign Ministries with a request that they support this petition test ban of underground nuclear nuclear test. The First Committee vote will be early in Septermber 2010, the Conference on faciliting for the entry into force Comprehensive Test ban Treaty Article XIV next year and it will followed later month with Amendment Conference for Article I . Send this to your local elected representative AND your Foreign Minister: Dear_______ I am deeply concerned about the continued conduct of underground nuclear for last 40 years of conventional weapons containing Plutonium behaves under pressure generated by explosives, and has wreaked the background of earthquakes. The evidence is already strong enough to support swift action under the Pre-cautionary Principle - if this was an issue of effects or domestic environmental safety they would already be banned. The Atmospherics, Underwater, Out-space Nuclear weapons Test are already banned in the world, New York in May 2009 next year 94% of CCND-KENYA urge to backed a resolution calling for a global Banning of Underground Nuclear Weapon Test and their use.
