CCND-KENYA urgently needs your help in persuading your government to support a new resolution at the UN First Committee. The resolution is a continuation of the process started next MAY when a vast majority of states backed a resolution highlighting concerns over the background earthquakes and sioco-economics effects of Nuclear weapons Test.

The Agenda Coalition to submit a 64^th General Assembly resolution that will keep the issue alive in the UN for the next three years. CCND-KENYA had hoped that the text would call for a moratorium but the political will is not there yet, particularly in a majority of United States of America member states.

We need you and your member groups to contact your elected representatives and Foreign Ministries with a request that they support this petition test ban of underground nuclear nuclear test. The First Committee vote will be early in Septermber 2010, the Conference on faciliting for the entry into force Comprehensive Test ban Treaty Article XIV next year and it will followed later month with Amendment Conference for Article I .

Last year many states were unprepared for the resolution and it will passed with a huge majority, this year call for Treaty Banning Underground Nuclear test  have been piling on the pressure so the outcome is far less assured. Public opinion of people power sign petition online click and download click can make a huge difference to this campaign and now is the time to apply it.

I am deeply concerned about the continued conduct of underground nuclear for last 40 years of conventional weapons containing Plutonium behaves under pressure generated by explosives, and has wreaked the background of earthquakes. Because of their long-term impact on human health, environment and Economic, I believe they breach the basic norms of Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and International Humanitarian Law and the Geneva Conventions.

The United Nations First Committee will vote on a resolution calling for further research on the issue at the start of May and I firmly believe that our country should support it.

While detailed On-Site Inspection evidence from areas where these Nuclear weapons Test have been used is still being gathered, the vast majority of Scientist studies found that Nuclear weapons test constitutes a long-term hazard to the Economic and Social affairs alike. The evidence is already strong enough to support swift action under the Pre-cautionary Principle - if this was an issue of effects or domestic environmental safety they would already be banned.

The Atmospherics, Underwater, Out-space Nuclear weapons Test are already banned in the world, New York in May 2009 next year 94% of  CCND-KENYA urge to backed a resolution calling for a global Banning of Underground Nuclear Weapon Test and their use. Therefore I urge you to support this petition of test ban of the use of conducting any kind of underground nuclear test  containing depleted Plutonium behaves pressures generated by explosives' at the UN First Committee and the General Assembly.
